Vinhomes Green Paradise spans nearly 2,900 hectares and is envisioned to become one of the world’s leading ESG-oriented urban megaprojects. In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City – Can Gio Elevated High-Speed Railway, extending nearly 49 kilometers with an estimated investment of USD 4 billion, is currently under feasibility study sponsored by Vingroup. Upon completion, the line will shorten travel time from Phu My Hung Urban Area to Vinhomes Green Paradise to approximately 16 minutes. Meanwhile, the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway, which runs through Can Gio, will further strengthen regional linkages between the Mekong Delta and Southeastern Vietnam.
The project offers a diverse portfolio of products, including townhouses, shophouses, Paradise Lagoon villas, mini hotels, and high-rise apartments. It features an “all-in-one” utility system comprising the Cleveland Clinic hospital, the international Vinschool inter-level school, Michelin-starred restaurants, and recreational areas planned according to international standards. The project aims to welcome approximately 230,000 residents and millions of visitors annually, while also creating tens of thousands of jobs for the local workforce.
