JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Search for and approach potential customers, introducing them to the real estate products distributed by the company.
– Train and support the sales team in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Developer and authorized Agency.
– Carry out other business-related activities assigned by the Developer related to real estate sales.
– Support customers in completing real estate transaction procedures and provide after-sales customer care.
– Total income package: Base salary + allowances + commission + performance bonuses + quarterly bonuses. Average monthly income guaranteed at > 50,000,000 VND
– Commission: 2–3% + bonuses (ranging from VND 10,000,000 – 55,000,000 per transaction, depending on property value).
– Marketing support: 50%–90%, not dependent on KPIs.
– Training roadmap: Comprehensive training program from beginner to advanced levels, including basic real estate knowledge, sales skills, customer psychology, legal aspects of real estate transactions, and advanced courses.
