JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Participate in developing Digital Marketing strategies and plans for real estate projects, company branding, communication programs, and promotions.
– Manage and implement Digital Marketing activities according to approved plans, oversee budgets, and ensure achievement of approved KPIs.
– Recommend and propose effective customer acquisition solutions.
– Collect and analyze advertising data to make appropriate adjustments, ensuring KPIs for each project are met.
– Monitor and conduct acceptance of marketing activities as required by the Company and the Investor.
– Support the general tasks of the Marketing Department.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Board.

REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
– Bachelor’s/College degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
– Proactive, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
– Eager to learn with a growth mindset.
– Willing to travel for work purposes.
– Male candidates are preferred.

– Location: Century Tower – Times City – Hai Bà Trưng – Hanoi, Vietnam
– Working hours:
+ Mon-Fri: 8:30 – 17:30
+ Sat: 8:00 – 12:00
