RECRUITING SALES MANAGER

Products: Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Mik, and other high-end real estate projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and oversee the business operations of the division in line with the company’s direction and strategy, ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term business targets.

1. General Management

  •  Develop and monitor annual/quarterly/monthly business plans for the department.
  •  Coordinate organizational structure, staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  •  Assign tasks to team members; monitor attendance and leave schedules of sales staff.
  •  Prepare weekly reports summarizing department activities for the Sales Director.
  • Manage office equipment, stationery, and department infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain a positive departmental culture aligned with company values.

2. Sales Operations Management

  • Oversee and direct all sales activities within the department to meet company and Sales Director targets.
  • Plan and execute sales consultation activities and integrated marketing plans for each project.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales staff; monitor and drive sales performance.
  • Develop and manage the customer database; plan and implement customer care programs in accordance with company policies.
BENEFITS
  • Base salary: Up to 15,000,000 VND/month (plus KPI-based bonuses discussed in interview)

  • Total income: Up to 100,000,000 VND/month (including base salary, allowances, commission, performance bonuses, and quarterly rewards)

  • Commission: 2–3.5% + hot bonuses (from 10M–55M VND/unit, depending on property value)

  • Marketing support: Up to 50%, regardless of KPI

REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/Female, presentable appearance, strong communication skills.

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager in a real estate brokerage firm.

  • Able to lead a sales team of at least 5 sales executives.

  • Strong organizational, planning, and system-thinking skills; capable of training and developing the team.
