JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and approach potential customers, introduce and promote the company’s real estate products.
- Consult and provide clients with information on legal procedures, planning details, feng shui factors, and other related matters.
- Negotiate and finalize transactions, including price discussions, contract terms, and completion of purchase procedures.
- Support customers in completing real estate purchase paperwork and provide after-sales care.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions.
BENEFITS
- Base salary: Up to 10,000,000 VND/month (plus KPIs discussed during interview).
- Total income: Up to 100,000,000 VND/month (including base salary, allowance, commission, performance, and quarterly bonuses).
- Commission: 2 – 3% + hot bonuses (from 10M – 55M VND/unit, depending on property value).
- Marketing support: 50% – 75%, regardless of KPI performance.
