JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Plan, develop creative ideas, and execute video production across multiple platforms such as video ads, TikTok short videos, and YouTube content to support the company’s marketing activities.
- Shoot and produce videos for events, documentaries, and TVCs.
- Edit videos for events, documentaries, and TVCs for various media channels, including the company website, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Research and keep up with new video trends and formats relevant to customer interests.
- Take responsibility for all marketing communication products (videos, images, etc.) for each company campaign.
- Build and maintain a digital archive of videos and images related to company activities.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm concepts, develop scripts, and plan video content.
- Support and monitor the deployment of finalized media materials across communication channels, and make adjustments if needed to optimize performance.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager or Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in filming and video editing (experience in real estate companies or agencies is an advantage).
- Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sense.
- Proficient in using cameras, camcorders, and stabilizers (gimbals).
- Skilled in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
- Creative, proactive, eager to learn, and highly responsible. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willing to travel for filming when required.
WORK LOCATION
📍 Century Tower, Times City, Hai Bà Trưng, Hanoi
WORKING HOURS
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
