JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Directly organize onboarding training programs for new employees.
– Propose, plan, and conduct professional real estate training sessions on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, and submit for management approval.
– Research, negotiate, and collaborate with external contractors or training providers to deliver appropriate courses for staff.
– Develop training materials tailored to different employee groups (new hires, sales staff, management), including evaluation forms and training outcome reports.
– Coordinate with the Marketing department to implement training programs related to brand communication and digital marketing.
– Manage training data and monitor the development progress of each employee.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.

– Base salary: 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience and capability) + performance-based commissions.

– College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.

– Preferred candidates with training, presentation, or internal activity organization skills.
